Platform Labs will be hosting a grand opening event at the Dana Center from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. They have graciously provided us with a meeting space from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. for a CIO Roundtable. The topic (a work in progress!) will be retooling, recruiting (internally and externally) and retaining staff in our rapidly changing world of technology. Please come, listen, and contribute as CIO's talk about the challenges of ongoing technological changes on our staffs and projects.
Clint Longenecker from the University of Toledo, and Greg Papp from Cube Culture Corp. will be giving us an overview of a very innovative “Two Minute Drill” leadership technique that provides a framework for rapid organizational change and improvement.
